The Bookseller recently reported that in 2024 sales of children’s comic strip fiction and graphic novels were up by a record 18.3% and brought in a total of £19,288,380.
So it feels timely that this week we’re sharing an interview with
.We talked about why he thinks comics and graphic novels are so popular right now, his creative process and top tips.
Neill Cameron is a cartoonist and writer, creator of the graphic novel series Mega Robo Bros and Donut Squad, the Freddy VS School illustrated novels, and frequent contributor to weekly children’s comic The Phoenix.
